We are a training practice and provide placements for GP registrars, medical students and student nurses. You may be offered an appointment with one of our registrars and from time to time they may ask permission to video tape the consultation.

Students may be present during an appointment you have with your GP or Nurse. If you have any objection to any of the above please let the reception staff, doctor or nurse know.

The practice will be closed for training on Wednesday 11th October 2023 between 13.00 and 18.30.

From 1st July 2023 the practice will no longer be accepting prescription requests over the phone, unless you are over 80 or housebound. These requests will be taken between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon. For patients who do not meet this criteria please register on the NHS app, bring your request to the surgery or alternatively, you can email the practice to gmicb-mh.fiveoakspxorder@nhs.net 

The practice is now offering Autum  Booster Covid-19 Vaccinations to over 75's and immunosuppressed patients. Patients will receive a text message inviting them to the clinics. For more details please follow the link.
